Sexy dance step by step


Ophidia will attempt to learn a sequence of sexy moves to compose an erotic dance. It's no easy feat because Ophy isn't exactly a dancer! We'll start with a series of positions with instructions on how to move from one to the next, followed by videos...

Phase 1

Position 0 to 1 in two steps : We start standing, feet slightly apart and arms alongside the body. We will begin by raising our arms horizontally while spreading our right leg, toes touching the ground. (1A)
Then the left arm continues to rise until it brings the hand above the head, palm forward and elbow bent while the right arm bends to bring the hand palm in contact with the torso just under the right shoulder. At the same time, the right leg comes back forward, knee bent, tip of the foot to the right of the left foot. (1B)



Position 1 to 2 in two steps : Then we swing our hips, one to the right then one to the left.
We begin by sensually lowering the left hand behind the neck and the right to the front right of the pelvis while the left leg bends and the right stiffens, which causes the pelvis to tilt to the right. (2A)
Then swing to the left by bending the right leg and stiffening the left, the right hand continuing to descend slowly to go towards the top of the thigh. (2B)



Head circumference :Without moving from position 2, we will perform a two-step head rotation. We tilt our head to the left (2C) then forward then to the right in a rotating movement. We continue by tilting backward then to the left again before straightening our head.



Position 2 to 3 in two steps : We will bend our knees and come and sit on his buttocks. We start by bringing our left hand to the top of our left thigh then we slowly bend our knees while undulating our hips and shoulders while lowering our buttocks. (3A)
As you descend, your hands move closer to your knees, and you finish with your buttocks on your heels, your hands on your knees, and your thighs horizontal (so your knees don't touch the ground at all!) (3B)



Position 3 to 4 in two steps : We will spread our thighs and open our arms.
As the thighs begin to spread, the right hand comes onto the left knee and the left arm crosses the right arm over it as if to bring the left hand onto the right knee... (4A)
then we uncross our arms to extend them horizontally while our thighs are wide open. (4B)



Position 4 to 5 in two steps : We will continue to raise our arms vertically, while slightly raising our buttocks which lift from our heels... (5A)
then join your hands behind your neck while sitting back on your heels, thighs completely open. (5B)



Position 5 to 6 in two steps : We will get up after having pivoted the pelvis 90° to the right while closing the thighs. (6A) We can start by bringing the left hand back onto the left knee to help pivot to the right.
Then we get up by sending the buttocks as far back as possible (maximum arch) before getting up. The hands accompany the movement by caressing the body while going down. We therefore find ourselves with the buttocks well offered, right leg which supports the body, left foot slightly back with the left knee a little more bent than the right (6B).



Two steps back, one per time : We stand up with our left leg vertical and our right knee bent, with the tip of our right foot on the ground a little forward (6C). We will start by bringing the tip of our right foot up to the height of our left heel (6D), then we lift our left heel to be on the tips of both feet. 
In a second step the right heel returns to the ground, the left foot moves back, the tip of the left foot at the level of the right heel, we rise on both tips and we find ourselves in the starting position, left leg vertical, right leg bent resting on the tip slightly forward.
