Pineapple chicken

Chicken pieces (400g), 1/2 pineapple or 4 slices, One chopped onion, 2.5g turmeric, 2 minced garlic cloves, 2.5g ginger, 4 tbsp soy sauce, 4 tbsp honey, 2.5cl vinegar, 1 cube chicken stock

Recipe

  • M-47: Heat a little olive oil - Salt the chicken
  • H-45: Brown the chicken for 5 minutes - Time for 5 minutes - Prepare 2.5g of turmeric and the chopped onion
  • H-40: (DRING) Add the onion, turmeric, and pineapple - Time for 5 minutes (stir occasionally while preparing 2 minced garlic cloves + 5g of ginger + 2.5cl of vinegar)
  • H-35: (DRING) Add garlic + ginger + vinegar + 4 tbsp soy sauce + 4 tbsp honey - Heat water in the kettle to prepare 20cl of chicken stock.
  • H-30: Add the 20cl of chicken stock and cook for 30 minutes over low heat with the lid on
  • H-[Rice Cooking Time + 4 minutes]: Start heating the rice water then weigh the rice (120 gr / 2). When the water boils, start cooking the rice.
